Changing your lifestyle

This morning a throwback picture came up of me from 2 years ago, it was only my face but it made me see how far I've come in 2 years just by changing my lifestyle.  

I have always been into fitness but didn't know where to start with nutrition. After looking into it alot more I started to plan and prep my meals, eating what's good for me. I saw a change in my body much faster by changing the foods I was eating everyday. I have never been one for calorie counting. 

I know it's said so much that it's not a diet it is a lifestyle but it is true. It's not easy to change what you eat everyday but we are creatures of habit. Once I'd changed my habits healthy eating had just become the way my life is now. Meal prep and healthy foods are now the way I live my life. If you've always wanted to change your lifestyle but fear diets and restrictions we can work with you to create a plan that you can stick to. By including recipes you'll enjoy taking into accounts your likes and dislikes for foods.  We understand e eryones goals are different which is why each of our plans is different. Many people truffle to lose or gain weight but you might simple want to improve your general health by eating a different way.  As a qualified nutritional therapist if you have any requirements for your plan let me know and these will be took into consideration when making your personal nutrition plan.
